Our return and exchange terms are designed to keep the process clear, fair, and considered.
Refund policy
At DORNA MILAN, we hope you love every piece you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To reduce unnecessary logistics emissions, we encourage mindful purchases and conscious returns.
Returns
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be returned in its original condition
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
To initiate a return, please email us at care@dornamilan.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will share the return instructions and pickup/shipping details.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We currently offer size exchanges subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:
- Store credit
- An alternate size/style
- Refund eligibility (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at with:
- Your order number
- Images/videos of the issue
- Packaging images
Our team will review the request and resolve it at the earliest.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional events
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect care
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain categories may also be non-returnable unless received in damaged condition.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been initiated.
Reverse Pickup Availability
Reverse pickup services are available in selected pin codes across India.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address shared by the support team.
