Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
- During launches, festive periods, sales, or high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended
- Certain pieces may be produced in limited quantities or involve specialized finishing processes, which can require additional preparation time
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS along with tracking details.
Delivery Timelines
After dispatch, delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days depending on the destination and serviceability of the delivery location.
Estimated timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro cities & remote locations: 5–7 business days
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Public holidays
- Operational or courier delays
- Unexpected logistical constraints beyond our control

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
From time to time, DORNA MILAN may offer complimentary shipping during special promotions, launches, or campaign periods.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping.
For international orders:
- Delivery timelines may vary based on destination country
- Import duties, customs charges, VAT, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- DORNA MILAN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
DORNA MILAN shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete contact information
- Multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier partner
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend either refusing the package or contacting us within 48 hours of delivery.
